Upaya Mewujudkan Keluarga Sakinah Oleh Perempuan Karir Analisis Pandangan Imam Al-Ghazali (Studi Kasus Pada Perempuan Karir Di Kantor KIP Aceh Utara)

Abstract

Marriage is a command from Allah Swt for his servants in continuing their lives, in the hadith of the prophet Muhammad Saw even mentions that marriage is the first step in perfecting half of religion. In this case, the problem that needs to be studied concerns the obstacles for career women at the North Aceh KIP office in realizing a harmonious family, then there are out-of-town assignments and uncertain return times. According to Imam al-Ghazali, a peaceful family is a family that is built and fostered to the command of Allah Swt, the role of career women is also very important to realize a peaceful family. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is (1) What is Imam al-Ghazali view of a peaceful family (2) How are career women’s efforts in the KIP (Independet Election Commision) office in North Aceh in realizing a peaceful family. The type of research in this thesis is qualitative research located in the KIP (Independent Election Commision) office in North Aceh, Lhoksukon City. The research approach used in descriptive, namely a description aimed at finding an explanation of facts, as they are in a particular area about a problem or incident at the time the research was carried out. The results of this study are that career women in the KIP (Independen Election Commusion) office of North Aceh who are married are responsible for making various efforts made to realize a harmonious family have similarities mentioned by Imam al-Ghazali as a harmonious family.
