Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi antara prinsip keberlanjutan dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan, serta merumuskan kerangka konseptual manajemen sekolah yang relevan secara kontekstual dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Data dikumpulkan dari 20 sumber literatur utama yang relevan, terdiri atas jurnal nasional dan internasional, serta buku akademik terbitan tahun 2015–2025. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi keberlanjutan dan kearifan lokal dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen sekolah, memperkuat partisipasi komunitas, dan membentuk lingkungan belajar yang adaptif, inklusif, dan berdaya tahan tinggi. Hasil kajian ini bermanfaat bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, pelatihan kepala sekolah, serta penguatan program sekolah berbasis komunitas dan budaya lokal, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual baru yang menyatukan kepemimpinan transformatif, prinsip keberlanjutan, dan nilai-nilai lokal, yang belum banyak dikaji secara terpadu dalam literatur kepemimpinan pendidikan.
