Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur mengenai integrasi ekopedagogi dalam manajemen pendidikan sebagai upaya mendorong terciptanya sekolah yang berkeadilan sosial dan ramah lingkungan. Menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini mengkaji buku-buku dan artikel ilmiah konseptual yang relevan, yang diperoleh melalui penelusuran basis data akademik seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, dan ProQuest. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ekopedagogi sebagai pendekatan pedagogis kritis menekankan pada kesadaran ekologis, keadilan sosial, serta pembelajaran kontekstual yang partisipatif. Sementara itu, manajemen pendidikan berkelanjutan diperlukan sebagai kerangka institusional yang mendukung nilai-nilai ekopedagogi melalui kepemimpinan transformasional, partisipasi kolektif, dan kebijakan sekolah yang inklusif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara ekopedagogi dan manajemen pendidikan merupakan fondasi penting untuk membentuk sekolah sebagai agen perubahan ekologis dan sosial yang relevan dengan tantangan abad ke-21.
