Liwaul Dakwah: Journal of Da'wah and Islamic Community Studies is an academic journal published by the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah since 2013. The Liwaul Da'wah Journal places the studies of Da'wah and Islamic Society in the main focus as an academic study and invites comprehensive observations from multidisciplinary studies. This journal serves as a medium for the study of the development of Islamic society in Indonesia and other parts of the world in a national and global context. The Liwaul Da'wah Journal invites researchers to conduct a study of Da'wah and Islamic Society with interdisciplinary studies and reviewed from various perspectives. The subject includes textual (conceptual) studies and field research with the object of studying Da'wah and Islamic Society. This journal is expected to be a medium for Indonesian and World Scholars to enrich knowledge in various studies. Liwaul Da'wah constantly strives to present very quality scientific articles, including improvements in format, style, and academic quality. Although the main language used in this journal is Indonesian, there is a wide space to publish articles in English.

Liwaul Da'wah is a journal that publishes scientific articles with fair, objective and selective peer-review procedures. The Liwaul Da'wah Journal continues to publish research and studies related to the study of Da'wah and Islamic Society which are studied with various dimensions and approaches including:

Da'wah, Communication, Politics, Economy, Culture, Civilization, Education, Philosophy, Science, and the development of Islamic society based on classical literature of Aceh, the archipelago and world civilization.

The Liwaul Da'wah Journal is published twice a year in June and December. Liwaul Da'wah is a journal that contains writings that summarize the results of research and conceptual thinking in the field of Da'wah and Islamic Society. This publication is available in two versions: print and electronic. The Print version has been published since 2013, while the online version was published in 2020 and can be accessed openly and free of charge without a subscription.
